All our movements are made strictly in compliance with QHSE standards. The Main objective of our organization’s QHSE policy is to:

  1. Promote the conviction that accidents can be avoided.
  2. Minimize risk by investigating incidents to determine their causes and as well as impact,  both physical and financial, to develop actions and policies that suitably prevent recurrence.
  3. Train its personnel in Quality Health, Safety and Environment protection.
  4. To maintain a high level of safety review meetings, internal auditing and general communications.
  5. Persist and promote protective equipment culture at all our working areas.
  6. Develop and implement emergency evacuation procedures to minimize the consequences of accidents at our working areas.
  7. Have its operating areas, storage facilities and other locations regularly inspected and audited by management and independent auditors.
  8. Incorporate QHSE principles, policies and procedures into the key responsibilities of all personnel and ensure that their QHSE performance is accurately reflected in their appraisals.
  9. Actively participate with the government and other responsible institutions in meeting applicable nationaland international Quality Health, Safety, Environment rules and regulations.
  10. Develop and implement procedures for proper storage and transportation.
  11. Actively encourage its employees to participate in the conduct and management of QHSE by means of achieving defined objectives and standards.

Educated & Trained Drivers

Driving is the key that exposes our employees to the greatest risk of a catastrophic event. To control this risk, the standards are implemented, as a minimum, at all company locations. To ultimately eliminate driving related crashes that cause fatalities and injuries to employees, families, contractor, third parties and to minimize the damages to equipment through careful management of all phases of the transportation process by :

  1. Identifying and managing unnecessary exposure through active journey management.
  2. Preventing and mitigating the residual risk through the proper selection and preparation of people,
    vehicles, equipment and routes.
  3. For vehicle drivers training as defined in the QHSE training   and certification catalogue is mandatory for any employee who operates a vehicle.

Connectivity with Tracking System

Advance connectivity with the drivers and vehicles via tracker system base installed at our Head Office and Workshop. Every driver has a cell phone and all drivers are connected with the Head Office and the Operation Department round the clock.

Journey Management

Management at every level appraises the need for all journeys and always searches a way to eliminate the journey or find an alternative means of achieving the trip objective

Skill Assessment

Our skill assessment is an assessment that measures a driver’s ability to safely drive and maneuver a specific vehicle type in a specific driving condition.

Insurance

The firm has provided a comprehensive insurance coverage to its entire working, office and field staff against accidental/natural death, permanent or partial disablement jointly by the Jubilee General Insurance Company Limited and State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan.
